Prior to working with Linda and the Owen Group I had many reservations about the worth of working with a realtor in purchasing my house. Given my vast experience with buying and selling my own homes, I felt I didn’t need to have a realtor help in purchasing my latest home. However, as fate would have it I contacted Linda’s office. She immediately provided me with numerous listings representing my desires and we went on a search.
My distinguishing taste and constant questions didn’t seem to faze her. She made my needs her priority which I appreciated; even to the point of showing me the same houses several times; at the last minute.
Once she realized I wanted a particular house, she went as far as forgoing a financial incentive to help solidify the deal.
The end result is that I have a house I enjoy, bought with no regrets, and walked away happy with the final deal. I have a great home and no regrets incorporating a realtor in my house search.
The ease at which she showed houses and worked with me was nothing short of an excellent experience. She was professional and extremely personable. I love her down to earth attitude; I felt we connected.
Not only was Linda the best realtor I’ve worked with, but the office staff was nothing short of amazing. Emily worked like a “pit bull” to ensure I was not cheated. I mean this in the most complementary way. Her attention to detail demonstrated how this group really works to make sure their clients are taken care of - to the end. Nothing was dropped. She even took the initiative to postpone my closing just to make sure the seller and Title Company did not renege on their commitments. She did something that I find very lacking in most businesses today, FOLLOW-UP. She didn’t just stop once she knew the checks were coming or had come. Her attention to detail and tenacity saved me a significant amount of money at closing.
The Owen Group is a total package. My good fortune peaked when I got involved with this extremely professional and pleasant group.

Craig, I Know this comes very,very late but I just remembered that I never gave you any feedback on our latest home purchase. As you may recall we looked for a home to purchase, never found what we wanted and finally decided to build. I can not thank Kathy enough for the time, expert advise and sheer patience she showed Zoeanne and I through this whole process. You probably remember how much work it was finding the first house, well; we didn't get any easier to please over the years! Kathy must have showed us 50-75 homes, and more than likely researched four times that during the several months we looked . She never, not once, made us feel like she had any other customer-as far as we could tell we were the only person she had to show anything to. It took days each time we came to town and that was over several visits. Well to make a long story short we finally decided to buy a lot (she did all the work on that too, I just said yes and paid the bill) and then build . She once again worked with us on what builder would best fit our needs , and the end result is a beautiful home that we look at everyday (well Zoe looks at everyday I'm stuck in Japan ) and are proud to have had a hand in the design.
